Welcome to Persiscal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. Our Services
Persiscal provides technology consulting services including AI and automation solutions, system integration, technology modernization, and strategic advisory. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or proposal.
2. Engagement Terms
Each project engagement will be governed by a specific proposal or contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, fees, and other relevant terms. By accepting a proposal, you agree to the terms specified therein in addition to these general Terms of Service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at hi@persiscal.com within 14 days of the deliverable date to request a refund. For project-based work, refunds will be prorated based on work completed and approved deliverables. Deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable but may be applied to future services upon request. All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For ongoing or subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice; if you cancel within the first billing cycle, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests for services that have been fully delivered and accepted. Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in good faith through direct communication.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all deliverables created specifically for your project will be assigned to you upon full payment. Persiscal retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during the engagement, as well as any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persiscal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance to transition any ongoing work.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
